Refund policy

At Wisfal, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original packaging

  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

Final sale, clearance, or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@wisfal.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


3. Return Shipping

  • For quality issues or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or our error.


5. Exchanges

If you need a different color, size, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order once the return is confirmed.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — either with a replacement, refund, or credit.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Gift cards
